I am Sajad Hussain Malik, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. SP) serving in Jammu and Kashmir Police. My journey is a testament to the balance between rigorous public duty and passionate athletic pursuit. Since 2005, I have dedicated myself to law enforcement while simultaneously shaping the future of Indian volleyball as a national coach.

My dual career path has taught me that discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking are universal values that apply equally to maintaining public order and coaching championship teams. This unique perspective allows me to mentor young athletes with a focus on character development as much as athletic skill.
